ALIENS 40th Anniversary Double Feature (+ ALIEN)

In celebration of "Alien Day" and the 40th anniversary of James Camerons sci-fi masterpiece, we will be screening a double feature of ALIENS (1986) and Ridley Scott's original that kickstarted this iconic franchise: ALIEN (1979). Both in remastered 4K, and ALIENS will be the "Special Edition" with several scenes not included in the original theatrical release and generally considered the superior cut.

ALIEN 4pm (1h 57m)

When a space merchant vessel receives an unknown transmission, its landing on the source moon finds one of the crew attacked by a mysterious life-form, and they soon realize that its life cycle has merely begun.

ALIENS "Special Edition" 7pm (2h 30m)

After surviving her disastrous ordeal, Ripleys escape vessel is recovered after drifting across the galaxy. However, nobody believes her story about the Aliens on the planet LV-426. After the Company orders the colony on LV-426 to investigate, however, all communication is lost.
