Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the MOOJ event search app, you agree to be bound by
these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
- Use of the App: You must be at least 18 years old to use the MOOJ app. You may only use the
app for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all
activity that occurs through your account.
- User Content: You may submit, upload, publish or otherwise make available content, including
but not limited to event listings, reviews, and comments. You grant Spiral Ventures Pty Ltd a
non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy,
modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display and otherwise exploit
such content in connection with the MOOJ app and Spiral Ventures Pty Ltd's (and its
successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and
redistributing part or all of the MOOJ app (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats
and through any media channels.
- Intellectual Property: The MOOJ app, including but not limited to, the software, text, images,
graphics, logos, and any other material contained in the app, is owned by Spiral Ventures Pty
Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You
may not use the MOOJ app for any commercial purpose.
- Disclaimer of Warranties: The MOOJ app is provided "as is" and "as available" and Spiral
Ventures Pty Ltd makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to
the operation of the app or the information, content, materials or products included on the
app. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Spiral Ventures Pty Ltd disclaims all
warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Spiral Ventures Pty Ltd be liable for any damages
of any kind arising from the use of the MOOJ app, including but not limited to direct,
indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
- Changes to the Terms: Spiral Ventures Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any
time. Your continued use of the MOOJ app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of
the new terms.
- Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the state of Queensland, Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of
law.
