Having made waves in Europe with her award wining albums and stellar solo career she is the first female flautist in history to perform so extensively as a soloist.
Ana's latest album My Paris which accompanies this enchanting concert, takes us on a seductive journey through the large concert halls and alluring bohemian cafes of Paris's Belle Epoque, where she awakens the spirit of the greatest writers and composers of the time.

Recently leaping onto the international classical music scene Anas playing has attracted unbridled attention world wide for her crystal-clear and velvety tone (NDR Kultur), superior, masterful technique (Fono Forum), feathery-light playing (Der Spiegel), and unobtrusive virtuosity (Pizzicato).
Ana is the most sought after flautist of her generation worldwide and in her short stellar career has appeared as soloist in the worlds most prestigious concert halls, including Philharmonie Berlin, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Wigmore Hall London, and Munich Philharmonie Gasteig, Liszt Academy Budapest, Prinzregententheater Munich to name a few.
She has been invited as soloist with leading orchestras such as the London Philharmonic Orchestra, Prague Symphony Orchestra, German Chamber Orchestra, English Chamber Orchestra, Camerata Salzburg, Cologne Chamber Orchestra. Szczechin Philharmonic, Bremen Philharmonic, Bayerische Kammerphilharmonie, and the Trondheim Soloists.
Her debut recording of Mozart and Myslivecek flute concertos with the English Chamber Orchestra rocket started her career, winning Classic FMs Best Albums of 2018, reaching No.1 on Amazons Best Seller charts, and winning CD of the week in 11 countries. Her most recent album (her fourth) My Paris released worldwide in May 2022 also reached Amazon Best Seller No.1.
After 16 years in Europe Ana has decided to live in Australia and maintain her career from here. This year alone she has been to Europe 5 times on tour having returned from Budapest, her latest tour, last week. In coming weeks she will perform as soloist with the Auckland Philharmonic, and soon after will return to Europe twice to perform in the major German festivals - Rheingau and Mosel.
ARTE TV, the worlds most important cultural TV channel made a documentary on Anas life called Ana de la Vega und die Flote. This traces the Cinderella story of a girl from a farm in southern New South Wales, who followed a dream to the worlds greatest concert halls in Europe. The documentary has been shown countless times in Europe and Scandinavia and has recently been bought by Unitel, Americas largest TV distribution company. ARTE made a second documentary on Ana and Bachs Brandenburg concertos to similar success. She will make her third film for ARTE in July this year at the Rheingau Festival as a presenter and soloist for the prestigious German event.
Ana is committed to bringing her expertise, collaborators and passion for classical music to Australian audiences and is delighted to have the opportunity to do this with the Snow Concert Hall.

A scintillating performance... Pianist Grace Kim was brilliant. The Press (NZ)
A Winston Churchill Fellow, concert pianist, artistic director and music educator Grace Kim believes that quality live music should be accessible to everyone with a desire to hear it.
As a concerto soloist, Grace has performed with symphony orchestras of Australasia, Belgium, Russia, and Ukraine in some of the most prestigious venues.
Among her numerous international and national prizes, the former child prodigy was a prizewinner of Bellini International Piano Competition (Italy), Citta di Marsala International Piano Competition, and National Keyboard Winner of the 2000 Symphony Australia Young Performers Award, also receiving the Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee Trust. After graduating from Sydney Conservatorium of Music, she gained two Master of Music degrees at Melbourne University and Rotterdam Conservatorium (Cum Laude) and was the 2002 Inaugural Fellow of the Australian National Academy of Music.
Many of her performances have been broadcast on radio and television. In 2006 she performed before Her Majesty Queen Beatrix of The Netherlands and 400th anniversary celebrations of Dutch-Australian contact.
Graces passion for chamber music has seen her regularly work with eminent artists, and in 2007/08 she was the Artistic Director of the Summer Concert Series in the celebrated Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam.
Returning after living and working in the Netherlands for eight years, Grace is now based Sydney, Australia.
A mother of two young children, Grace is an advocate for quality music education. She founded Sensory Concerts to provide quality classical music concerts for children and adults with sensory/special needs. Grace has recently finished her research thesis at the MARCS Institute of Brain, Behaviour and Development and will undertake PhD research at the University of Sydney on sensory-friendly programming.
Grace is in demand as a performer, teacher, adjudicator, and mentor. She is currently teaching in the Rising Stars Program at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music.
