Captains Beer Garden is getting smarter this April.
Every Thursday night were teaming up with Austins Ambrosia for a month-long run of trivia, pizza and good times.
Austin will be firing up his famous slow-fermented sourdough pizzas cooked hot and fast in his Gozney ovens and topped with the kind of locally sourced ingredients that have made his Geelong City Market pop-ups sell out week after week. Think proper dough, proper produce, and seriously good pizza.
To wash it down, well also have wines by Fin Wines a fermentation collective producing young, fresh and seriously drinkable wines made the lo-fi way with minimal additions and spontaneous fermentation.
Pair that with a general knowledge quiz in the Captain Beer Garden, cold drinks flowing from the bar, and prizes up for grabs each week and youve got the perfect Thursday night.
