Under the Tourism and Hospitality Gateway to Industry Schools Program, QTIC is excited to offer students and teachers an exclusive opportunity to experience Behind the Scenes at Paradise Resort Gold Coast: Tourism and Hospitality in Action.

This immersive event provides students with a real-world tourism and hospitality experience, exploring both front-of-house and back-of-house operations at one of the Gold Coasts leading resorts. Participants will gain firsthand insight into career pathways, customer service excellence, and operational requirements that drive success in the industry.

Teachers will also benefit from valuable professional development, observing industry practices in work health and safety (WHS), customer experience delivery, and service standards that directly align with Certificate II and III in Tourism, Hospitality, and Applied Tourism curriculum outcomes.
