Caltowie Chilled Out 'n' Fired Up
Saturday 22nd March 2025
Dust off your dancing boots and get your crew together for Caltowie's Chilled Out 'n' Fired Up Music Festival, reigniting on March 22, 2025!
From midday to midnight the tiny Mid-North town of Caltowie will transform into an oasis of rock, as music lovers from far and wide get fired up for the biggest line up of entertainment ever.
Adelaide’s rock royalty, and ARIA-winning legends, The Superjesus, led by powerhouse Sarah McLeod, will headline the cast for 2025. This iconic South Aussie band rose to fame in the 90's and continues to wow crowds with their catalogue of anthems like Gravity and Down Again. Joining them is the chaotic and irresistible alt-rock charm of 'Molly Rocket', bringing a fresh twist on '90s nostalgia with hits from their debut EP Syrup.
Also jumping on stage is blues-rock powerhouse 'Oliver Goss Band' with fierce vocals, searing guitar solos, and one of the tightest rhythm sections in Australia. South Aussie favourites like 'Fridge Junkies', and 'Lickity Split', together with funk vibes courtesy of 'Funk Me You', smooth reggae beats by 'Dojo Rise', and indie delights like 'The Birds Are Spies', make for a genre-bending celebration of live music.
And let’s not forget Caltowie’s own pride and joy, 'Loose Change', who are ready to rock their home turf once more.
Sensational music deserves to be paired with tasty eats and drinks, and this festival serves up an awesome feast. Expect everything from smoky BBQ and gourmet yiros, to calamari, wood-fired pizzas, and everyone's favourite South Aussie ice-cream from Golden North. Wash it down with craft brews from local legends like Watsacowie, Little Blessings Brewing, Union Bridge and the festival’s exclusive brew, Hazed & Confused. Prefer a cheeky cocktail? Adelaide’s Bar, Brews & Coolrooms has you covered, while Ben Murray Wines will be pouring some of SA’s finest vintages, and Willow & Co's coffee van will be on hand to keep you caffeinated.
With on-site camping just steps away from all the action, you can make a weekend of it. Two roaring bonfires (subject to weather permitting) will create the perfect atmosphere to kick back and enjoy - but it's first-come, first-served, so be sure to claim a piece of dirt for your tent or swag early. When the sun comes up, a hearty Sunday recovery breakfast will help you recharge before heading home.
When you grab your tickets to this unique South Aussie event, you’re not just securing your spot at an epic music festival - you’re also helping make a difference. A portion of every ticket sale goes directly to Lifeline, supporting their essential work in mental health. Since the inaugural festival in 2019, the Caltowie crew has been committed to raising awareness and breaking down the stigma around mental health.
