DRO x MSW Collaboration Concert

Join us for a lovely afternoon as we introduce a new collaboration between two ensembles, Monash Symphonic Winds (MSW) and Dandenong Ranges Orchestra.

This is our first ever collaborative concert together, combining the musical prowess of our two ensembles to give you a one-of-a-kind musical experience, led by the one and only Amanda Morrison.

The program features a melting pot of movie tracks, contemporary works and classical favourites, including

• Howls Moving Castle
• Wicked
• West Side Story
• Pirates of the Caribbean by Klaus Badlet (arr. Ted Ricketts)
• Lord of the Rings
• The Blue Danube by Johann Strauss
• Pomp and Circumstance by Edward Elgar
• English Folk Song by R. Vaughan Williams
• A couple of never heard before pieces composed by our very own musicians

and many more!

This concert runs for approximately 120 minutes, including a short interval (20 min).
