Reddawn Australia is taking Expressions of Interest for one more date - Professional Certificate in Showstop Procedure delivered by the Internationally recognised Crowd Management Expert, Steve Allen FdA MIFireE FIIRSM RSP

The Professional Certificate in Showstop Procedure is a one-day course, designed for KEY DECISION MAKERS - experienced event professionals who work within a strategic, tactical or operational role at events, with responsibility for the safety of crowds.

The course has been designed by a team of internationally renowned crowd safety practitioners and respected academic experts, with decades of hands-on experience across major events, festivals and live performances who provide Expert Witness services for crowd safety related tragedies within the sport and entertainment industry.

Participants who successfully complete this course will qualify for 8 hours CPD and will receive CPD certification.

At its core, the Showstop Procedure enables immediate intervention to stop a live performance if there is a credible threat to life safety (e.g. crowd related, structural failure, mass public order, fire or terrorism).

The Showstop Procedure is a proven, formalised, predefined and robust process, that enables a swift response to a imminent or immediate threat to life safety during a live performance or sporting event.

The Showstop Procedure enhances event emergency preparedness using a system wide approach that complies with reasonably practicable safety standards, ensuring a dynamic response capability to undesirable occurrences.

The Showstop Procedure demonstrates that the event organiser, or venue operator, as part of their risk mitigation and emergency preparedeness, have considered the foreseeability of harm, implemented proportionate control measures and appointed competent personnel, adhering to their moral and legal obligations.

Seats are very limited!
