• Departure Times: We set sail at 12pm. Please meet at 11:30am at the latest to allow for ticket check in and boardinging. The boat cannot wait for late passengers, and tickets are non-refundable.
• Location: Boarding at Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal, Wharf Rd, Newcastle, NSW
• Dress Code: Smart casual & leave the heels at home for safety
• Bring your dancing shoes! Limited seating is available, so be ready to stand and dance the afternoon away!
• MUST BE 18 and over

• Authorised ID required  dont forget to bring it along.
• Heels policy  The MV Calmer has steep stairs, so tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are fine.
• Licensing & RSA  Events operate under strict licensing and RSA regulations. Please drink responsibly.
• No mid-cruise drop-offs or pickups  once we sail, we cruise right through!
• Food & drinks  Available to purchase on board. Please note these are not included in your ticket price.
• Strictly NO BYO 
• Filming & photography  Professional images and video may be captured for social media purposes.
• Boarding location  Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal, Newcastle.
• Dress code  Smart casual. For safety, please leave the tall/pointy heels at home.
• Seating  This is primarily a standing/dancing event. Seating is scattered throughout the vessel but is limited and cannot be reserved.
• Weather  Rain wont stop the boat! Theres plenty of covered space on the main and mid decks, so the party goes ahead rain or shine.
• Personal items  Do not leave bags or belongings unattended. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
