Guitarist Nash Lee moved to Melbourne from NSW with Twelve Tone Diamonds around two decades ago, making a memorable impact with that band, other ensembles such as Murphys Law and his own groups (such as Rabid Hawk and Dressage). He was also a finalist in the National Guitar Jazz Awards at the 2007 Wangaratta Festival.

Lees playing gripped me where in one racing passage he tightened his lyrical sound, made the chord more dissonant and distorted, until he seemed to meet resistance in the air. John Clare, SIMA, Nov. 2007
