Featuring Miles Brown on haunting theremin melodies, and Sarah Lim blasting danceable darkness on vintage synthesisers, theyve built a reputation as one of Australias most original acts. Opening proceedings are industrial doom megalith Chief Whip. Originally the solo project of Sean Hinds (Whitehorse) this is now a devastating two piece with the inclusion of Bridgette Baini on guitar. Through experience gained in extreme metal, classical and industrial, diverse theories developed and fused to become the basis of Chief Whip. But in contrast to other acts that would sound confused with such disparate influences, Chief Whip stays on course to bring coherence to an unknown and terrifying mythological future.
