Christmas is dead and were ripping Santa a new one DEC 27TH at The Bergy Bandroom.

A psyched lineup of sludge, punk and alternative jamz to slam dunk you into the New Year.

FLOWER FIELD FOLLY
Alternative psychedelic sludge metal, conjured from beneath the swampy suburbs of the Dandenong Mountains. Trippy sludge riffs, convulsing tempo changes and shifting time signatures immerse the listener into surrealist lyrical imagery with esoteric themes and cosmic body horror. Exploring the human experience in a world being devoured by industry with a sound rooted in their surroundings of moss and concrete.

MKNAOMI
MKNAOMI are guerrilla hardcore. A biological agent pickled in harsh feedback, snarling vocals and panicked d-beats.

OIL RIG
Two-piece anti-cappo proto-punk zig-zag ka-blam. Short answer; Oil Rig. Long answer if you must, a minimalist punk duo writing grubby little bass riffs and tub-thumping tub thumping. Forming at a midweek show in barter town, Oil Rig is a trashy love letter to any band thats got something to say; a trashy, drunken scribbling that we hope comes off earnest. Songs about radicals, capital and sabbaticals (two truths and a lie). We tried to be straight edge but we both work hospo. Tried being Devo but we dont get synths. Oil Rig: the best ya gonna get!

SKYBELLY
Skybelly inhabits the twilight streets of Melbourne, infusing psych-rock with ethereal vocals. Early works 'The Drama of a Lava Lamp' and 'A Space Tramp Odyssey' are hypnotic and dreamy, while their 2023 album 'Vella' is a psych-grunge affair defined by an overwhelming sense of vitality. Skybelly's latest single, 'Hellraiser', is a tender, yet haunting performance for fans of jeff buckley and chelsea wolfe. their next album 'silverado' is due 2026.
