Although they emerged from Frankston with their fresh and spirited indie-rock update of the garage-beat sounds of The Easybeats, Kinks and early Beatles only a year or so ago, Gnome actually started out as a bedroom solo project for singer/songwriter/guitarist Jay Millar a few years back. They only became a full band a year or so ago. So now, with the release of their debut album as a band not far off and some big things on the horizon, Gnome are THE GNOMES.
