Isabelle Davis launches her debut album An Inconvenient Youth at the Bergy Bandroomin her first full-band gig in over two years. This album launch promises to be an exciting afternoon of new Australian Music, with support from local artists Olivia Mae and Meisie.

Isabelle is what you get if you imagine combining Missy Higgins and a Disney Princess. Her music is raw, relevant and poetic while her voice moves between delicate fairytale phrasing and a full on powerful pop princess belt. Her shows are versatile and truly engaging beginning to end, tied together by charming anecdotes.

An Inconvenient Youth is an exploration of coming of age through the lens of an anxious, but ultimately hopeful, soul. Inspired by artists such as Dodie, Ben Folds, Ben Lee and even The Jackson Five, Davis debut album is a triumph. Produced by Liam Bell, the arrangements are fresh and engaging, tied together superbly by Dylan Knur, the mix and mastering engineer on the record.

SupportingIsabelle is Olivia Mae, fresh off the back of the release of her debut EP FIGJAM. Olivia Mae creates a sound reminiscent of the depth and authenticity of artists like Julia Stone and Arlo Parks. Her music weaves soulful melodies with indie sensibilities, creating an immersive experience for listeners.

Isabelle will also be joined by Meisie, Naarm based singer/songwriter releasing her debut EP in January 2026. Meisies latest singles Angie and Mary explore the intricacies of friendship, the nuances or love, and the pressing issues of biodiversity loss and climate anxiety - furiously pedalling between folk lyrics and soul influences.
