To celebrate two decades, were rolling out 20 Gigs for 20 Years a huge birthday series running through July and August, stacked with some of our all-time favourites.
Were stoked that our ol' friend Jordie Lane is making his way back for the celebrations. With regular shows here each year, Jordies been part of the NSC family for a long time. Previously hes joined forces with Liz Stringer for their legendary Christmas shows, and this time hes bringing his signature sound and storytelling over 2 huge shows!
Nashville-based, Melbourne born folk artist Jordie Lane, returns to Australia to celebrate not one but 3 birthdays. Along with NSCs 20th year, well also be cheersing to the 1st birthday of Jordies acclaimed new album Tropical Depression, and...Jordies own birthday.
A full band show featuring some special guest favourites from Melbournes amazing music community, this will be a birthday bash not to be missed.
With the album debuting at No #1 on the ARIA Australian Country Chart, Lane will return to local stages after a series of sold out shows in 2024, and additions to many best-of-lists and mainstage appearances at Woodford and Port Fairy Folk festivals.
