Content Source: OztixKinematic's music has been described as indie rock, pop, folk, alternative and electronic, all of which is true (and endlessly frustrating for those who like their bands to pick a genre and stick with it). Having said that, the band took a folk-wards turn when Covid lockdowns swept the world, releasing their acoustic album The Long Divide in 2022 and switching up their live shows to match. Live performances feature acoustic instruments and highlight stripped back songs from their multi-album 25-year catalog, beginning with honest and intimate finger picking and building to rousing foot stomping sing-alongs for the brave-of-heart to join. Two sets from Mike and Gordo, the band's singer/songwriters, with Almost Isabella joining in on guest vocals. Free entry, 6-8pm.
