Len Lennox introduced themselves with IKEBANA, a debut record released in early 2022 that captured the raw ache of emotional collapse. Laced with regret and restlessness, its aggressively melancholic tone resonated deeply, earning local acclaim and rotation on FBi Radio.
Now, three years on, the Sydney-based band returns with a renewed perspective. The sadness hasnt vanished, its just grown wiser. Released on the 7th November 2025, Len Lennoxs new record Quiet Quitter is a confessional journey of heartbreak, obsession and quiet self-reconstruction. It traces the lingering shadow of a love that began a decade ago, a fleeting connection that became a mirror for growth, regret and the search for meaning in disconnection. It's about letting go, but also the strange comfort of never fully doing so.
Recorded at Golden Retriever Studios and co-produced by Simon Berckelman (Philadelphia Grand Jury), Quiet Quitter refines their signature sound: romantic alt-pop with warbling, semi-distorted guitars soaked in vibrato, punchy bass lines, driving drums, and hypnotic, 80s-inspired synth hooks reminiscent of some of the eras most defining artists.
