LES THOMAS - 'The Firing Line SINGLE LAUNCH (Fundraiser)

Award-winning singer-songwriter Les Thomas launches his powerful new single The Firing Line joined by ARIA Awardwinning artist Kavisha Mazzella for an afternoon of moving music and heartfelt solidarity.  Responding to the escalating crisis in Gaza, The Firing Line is a searing anthem of protest, conscience and human connection. Featuring stirring performances from backing vocalist Jacinta Percy, pianist Trev Fernandez, violist Jason Bunn and drummer Justin Olsson, the track builds with emotional force and lyrical clarity to offer hope, urgency and resolve.

Thomas says:
"This song was written in the face of silence, to call out genocide and show that art can still stand for something. Its not about charity or guilt its about shared humanity and moral courage."

The launch concert will also raise funds for humanitarian and advocacy efforts in Palestine. Guest speaker Dr Jordy Silverstein from the Australia Palestine Advocacy Network (APAN) will speak, with all proceeds beyond costs going to frontline causes.
