Same story as last time. Think great wine, sharp comedians, good food, and a laid-back crowd thats up for a laugh.
Its a simple recipe: pour the wine, cue the comics, and let the afternoon take care of itself. Expect a festival feel, plenty of space to roam, and a great time.
If you were here in 2023, youll know the go. If its your first time, youre in for a day that doesnt need to try too hard, it just works.
LOLs Wine & Comedy Festival Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket holders and attendees of the LOLs Wine & Comedy Festival. By purchasing a ticket or entering the event, you agree to abide by the following conditions.
1. Age Restrictions
- This is an 18+ event.
- No minors will be permitted entry under any circumstances.
- Valid photo ID is required at the gate.
2. Seating Policy (Two Seating Types Only)
To ensure clear sightlines and a fair experience for everyone, seating is arranged in two sections:
Blanket Zone Front Area
- Guests using picnic blankets only must sit in the designated front zone.
- No chairs of any kind are permitted in this area.
Chair Zone Rear Area
- Guests with low-profile, foldable picnic chairs must sit in the rear seating zone.
- Tall chairs are not permitted. This includes:
- Camping chairs with high legs
- Deck chairs
- Any elevated seating that obstructs views
General Seating Rules
- Seating is unreserved and available on a first-come basis.
- Please follow signage and staff directions to maintain the seating layout.
- Aisles, pathways, and emergency exits must remain clear at all times.
3. Food & Drink Policy
- BYO food is allowed.
- BYO drinks are not permitted, including alcohol, soft drinks, juices, or mixers.
- Sealed water bottles or empty reusable bottles may be brought in.
- Water is available for purchase on-site from our water cooler.
- Festival bars will offer wine and other beverages for sale.
- ID checks will apply at all bars.
4. Prohibited Items
To ensure safety and comfort, the following are not permitted:
- Alcohol or beverages brought from outside the event
- Tall or elevated chairs
- Hard coolers / eskies
- Glass containers
- Pets (excluding certified assistance animals)
- Weapons or objects that may cause harm
- Professional photography, video or audio recording equipment unless approved
- Drones
Event staff reserve the right to inspect bags on entry.
5. Weather & Conditions
- This is an outdoor event
- Refunds are not provided due to weather
- Guests are encouraged to bring hats, sunscreen, and weather-appropriate clothing.
6. Behaviour & Safety
- Respectful behaviour toward guests, performers, and staff is required at all times.
- Anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, or behaving inappropriately may be removed without refund.
- Guests must follow all instructions from event staff and security.
7. Re-Entry
- Re-entry may be restricted.
- If re-entry is required for medical, accessibility, or other approved reasons, guests must speak with gate staff.
8. Photography & Media
- By attending, guests acknowledge they may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
- If you prefer not to appear in marketing material, please notify staff upon entry.
9. Tickets, Refunds & Transfers
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
- If the event is postponed, all tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.
- Tickets may only be purchased from authorised sellers.
10. Liability
- Guests enter the event site at their own risk.
- The organiser is not responsible for personal injury, property loss, or damage.
- Please keep personal belongings secure.
11. Accessibility
- Accessibility needs are welcomed please contact the organiser ahead of time if assistance is required.
- Seating areas can accommodate mobility requirements; staff will assist on arrival.
12. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, event programming, artist line-up, or site layout if required for safety or operational reasons.
