A BIG NIGHT OF RIFFS FOR THE BENDI 1 YEAR REVIVAL ANNIVERSAIRY!

The Bendis revival has been fuelled by the bands, punters, and community who never let it go - so weve added an extra night of riffs & resurrection to the anniversary weekend.

Double-headliner onslaught featuring doom lords Mammons Throne and the crushing return of brutal death-hardcore force Algor Mortis, support from death thrashers Bludger and blackened punk Who Bastard.

Mammon's Throne - Haunting Funeral Doom melodies meet crushing Sludge and Death grooves before taking flight in searing blackened crescendos whilst roaring, growling bass lurks beneath, all backed by a furious drumming assault. At the forefront are a chilling and diverse range of vocal styles ranging from mournful laments to cavernous growls and banshee shrieks.

Algor Mortis - From the guts of Melbournes underground, Algor Mortis spilled forth as a nasty amalgamation of brutal death metal and beatdown hardcore. With slamming riffs and guttural vocals of an inhuman level, the band quickly made a name for themselves since forming in 2020 as a visceral recovery outlet for vocalist Cecilia Keane, with her leadership determined to let nothing stand in their way.

Bludger - A pummeling force of death thrash attack, leaving all in their path to scurry through a maze of visceral riffs and piss-fueled insanity spewed from the taps of early Sepultura, Armoured Angel, Possessed, Demolition Hammer, Morbid Saint among so much more.

Who Bastard - A feral brood form Melbourne, blending the ruthless aggression of black metal with raw punk hostility. Their sound is a collision of relentless drums, evil rifs and wretched screams, all delivered with unhinged intensity.
