In this workshop, you will learn about:

Pre-Production:

• Idea curation and scripting
• Artwork and pitching

Production:

• Voiceover skills
• Recording (sound and video)

Post-Production:

• Audio and video editing, AI tips and tricks.
• Uploading/publishing, ad insertion, and the basics of Spotify for creators.
• Growing your audience through social media and Patreon.

No prior experience is requiredjust bring your laptop and smartphone, and get ready to start your podcasting journey!

Spaces are limited, so bookings are essential.

Age: 16+

Skill level: No experience required.

Equipment: Attendees will need to bring their own laptop with Audacity installed (free)(version 3.7), smartphone and headphones for use in the workshop. Please email [email protected] if you require assistance.

About the Facilitator:

Joseph Corr has worked in media for over two decades, with experience at Disney, ESPN, Foxtel, and Channel 10. Currently, he is a Video Podcast Producer with 9Podcasts and Channel 9, specialising in content creation and production. With extensive industry knowledge, Joseph brings practical insights and real-world expertise to help you create and grow your own podcast.
