Immerse yourself in a relaxing awareness-building day learning how to clear and refresh your energy throughout your teaching or performing day, how to stay grounded, present, and use healthy confront with yourself and others. Explore ways to setting appropriate boundaries, and how kindness makes us great teachers and helps us heal, and learn how to not get caught up in your own unhelpful inner voices or the unhelpful voices of others. Develop your capacity for more grounded awareness and self-care with practical approaches and techniques you can use on the fly during a busy day, as well as longer sit-down style meditation techniques.

The day takes place on a picturesque rural property, and there is an opportunity to meet the farm pets including lovely friendly donkeys, sheep, goats and alpacas. Morning & afternoon tea and refreshments provided, bring your own lunch.
