Metal for MENtal Health

Metal For MENtal Health is a live music event promoting action towards Mens mental health.

The Metal Community is strong in its support for people who are struggling, but I recognize that there is a lot more that can be done, more action is needed.

Its a silent and misunderstood affliction and our goal is to take it further than a passing conversation or a knowing nod. The very first Metal For MENtal Health is going to be featuring local metal legends:

This event is proudly supported by Look After Your Mates! They are a clothing brand that donates 50% of all profit to MensLine Australia. L.A.Y.Ms aim is to help break down the stigma around mens mental health and raise money for charity.

Not only is the goal for this event is to promote action and a stronger awareness towards Mens Mental Health. Our goal is to raise $500 for Movember! A portion of ticket sales and direct donations will go towards this goal.
