MicDrop is a high-energy, two-day singing workshop for teens aged 1317 who want to boost their confidence, learn real vocal techniques, and sing songs they actually like.

Whether youre a casual singer or dreaming of the stage, this workshop gives you space to explore your voice, connect with other creative teens, and have a whole lot of fun doing it.

Led by pro vocalist Angela Librandi, you'll learn cool vocal tricks, performance tips, and skills youll actually use no cringey warm-ups or boring song choices here. Just good vibes, expert coaching, and a mini performance to wrap it all up.

Sing Your Faves: Were talking bangers by SZA, Olivia Rodrigo, Bruno Mars, Chapel Ronin, Lady Gaga and more. Group singing and solo moments.

Mic Time: Learn vocal warm-ups that actually work improve your range, breath control, and pitch in a fun, zero-pressure way. Well teach you the pro tools: breathing, posture, vocal control. So you sound better and feel stronger when you sing.

Harmony = Magic: Try out harmonies, blend your voice with others, and feel the goosebumps moment when it all comes together.

Stage Vibes: Youll learn how to OWN your space, whether youre performing for a crowd or just vibing in your room with a hairbrush mic. Well cover stage presence and mic tips and how to perform confidently.

Mini Performance: End the 2 days with a chill showcase. Invite your fam or just soak up the applause either way, youll leave feeling like a boss.

Real Talk + Feedback: Ask questions, get tips, and grow your voice with 1:1 advice and support.

This is a two-day vocal workshop for teens who want to build their skills, boost confidence, and sing songs they actually love. Led by pro vocal coach Angela Librandi, you'll get real training no pressure, no boring theory.

DAY 1 FIND YOUR VOICE

  • Learn the foundations of vocal technique (posture, breath control, tone)

  • Vocal warm-ups that help you sing better, not just louder

  • Try out a few songs and help pick what well focus on

  • Work on pitch, rhythm and expression through group singing

  • Optional songwriting session - create lyrics or melodies with support

  • Intro to harmonies + how to sing with others

  • Reflect, relax, and prep for Day 2

DAY 2 CONFIDENCE BOOST

  • Gentle warm-up + review of key vocal tools

  • Rehearse your songs with personalised feedback

  • Solo and small-group coaching (only if you're up for it!)

  • Learn how to perform - mic tips, movement, mindset

  • Casual dress rehearsal + low-pressure final performance

Meet your instructor: Angela Librandi

Angela Librandi is a Melbourne-based vocalist renowned for her dynamic blend of neo-soul, R&B, and jazz. With over 25 years in the music industry, she has performed alongside icons like Kate Ceberano, Ronan Keating, Tina Arena, Chaka Khan, and Hugh Jackman, and appeared on Australian TV staples such as Dancing with the stars, Hey Hey Its Saturday and Good Morning Australia.

Angela has toured extensively across Australia and internationally, including performances in Italy, Hong Kong, and Fiji. She leads the band Afrodescia and has supported legendary acts like Chaka Khan. Beyond the stage, Angela is a passionate vocal coach and choir leader, running community ensembles like For the Love of It and United Voices in Melbourne.
