Join us for the launch of the music video Lost in Space, featuring live performances by Flewnt and Optamus!

Join us for an evening of free live performances by Flewnt, Optamus and the Now Sounds artists, as we launch the Lost in Space music video!

Come down to Blue Heelers Square from 5.30pm to 7.30pm Thursday 18 September 2025. This is a free event, but ticket registration is essential. Food trucks will provide free refreshments.

Lost in Space has been created by young participants in Community Arts Networks Now Sounds Midwest project. Participants are from Champion Bay Senior High School and Mullewa District High School, and have been mentored by rapper and music producer Optamus (Scott Griffiths), Noongar and Wongi hip-hop artist and activist Flewnt (Josh Eggington) and visual artist Shah Jackey.

Community Arts Network has partnered with Healthway and the Department of Social Services to deliver Now Sounds Midwest. The project has been developed using the Social and Emotional Wellbeing Arts Framework created by The Kids Research Institute.
