Cruise Details:
Duration: 4 hours (7:30 pm 11:30 pm)
Departure Times: We set sail at 7:30 pm. Please arrive by 7:00 pm to ensure smooth boarding. The boat cannot wait for late passengers, and tickets are non-refundable.
Location: Boarding at Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal, Newcastle
Dress Code: Smart casual please leave tall or pointy heels at home for safety. Small chunky heels are fine. Rainbow or Pride-inspired outfits encouraged!

Authorised ID: Required dont forget to bring it along.
Heels Policy: The MV Calmer has steep stairs; tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are allowed.
Licensing & RSA: Events operate under strict licensing and RSA regulations. Please drink responsibly.
No Mid-Cruise Drop-Offs or Pickups: Once we sail, we cruise through!
Food & Drinks: Available to purchase on board. Please note these are not included in your ticket price.
Strictly NO BYO: Bags may be checked at boarding.
Filming & Photography: Professional images and video may be captured for social media purposes.
Seating: Primarily a standing/dancing event. Seating is scattered throughout the vessel but is limited and cannot be reserved.
Weather: Rain wont stop the boat! Covered space is available on the main and mid decks, so the party goes ahead rain or shine.
Personal Items: Do not leave bags or belongings unattended. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Cruise Duration: Times include embarkation and disembarkation.
