Join us on the 19th of March on our collaboration with award winning Seven Seasons Distillery. The brand is known for celebrating native Australian ingredients in all of their products. Each bottle has a story to tell with natural flavours inspired by ancient traditions and guided by seasonal changes rather than western calendars. Ingredients are wild harvested, paying respects to the lore of the land.
The night will feature a 7 course menu, from signature drinks & cocktails to indigenous inspired dishes and snacks. Guests will get the opportunity to taste the entire range of Seven Season's products as well as hear about the brand and vision through Daniel Motlop, founder of the distillery. Daniel will be present on the evening and guiding guests through the night.
To finish the night, ALL guests on the night will get the opportunity to taste their new limited release whiskey.
Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase Seven Seasons Spirits at the conclusion of the evening, at a one night discounted price.
