Remit, like a lot of us, feels the world has gone crazy. Throughout our music and lyrics we explore the trials and tribulations of being a feeling human in a place that doesnt feel like its for humans (or any animals) anymore. Thats why we try to be posthuman. Our songs are futuristic, thinking about the decay and where we are headed collectively as a species. Some of our ballads are mournful and broken hearted thinking about lost loves but there is also a strange nostalgia in our music as we reach back to our krautrock and postpunk influences.
