Tickets are sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for presenting this event and subject to the conditions applicable to the event and/or the venue where presented
Harvey Recreation and Cultural Centre is the authorised ticketing seller. Purchasers of tickets on-sold in contravention of the Terms & Conditions may be refused entry
Management reserves the right of admission

Venue correct at time of printing, management reserves the right to substitute venues as needed. Notification will be given
Proof of concession must be presented with your ticket at the event

HRCC or third parties appointed by HRCC can broadcast, publish, license and use any photographs, film, recordings and images of you without compensation. HRCC, the third parties and anyone acquiring from them a right to use the material are not liable to you in any way for its use.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
The HRCC has a no refunds policy to align with the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.
The no refunds policy is:
Tickets are not refundable. Refunds are only available as per the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice. You have the right to a refund if the event to which you purchased an authorised ticket is cancelled, rescheduled (and you cannot attend the rescheduled event) or significantly relocated.
We do not give refunds or exchanges under any other circumstances including changing your mind, sickness, holidays or wanting to exchange tickets to the same performance on another date.
