- Departure Times: We set sail at 12:30pm. Please arrive by 12pm to ensure smooth boarding. The boat cannot wait for late passengers, and tickets are non-refundable.
- Location: Boarding at Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal
- Dress Code: Smart Casual, leave the heels at home for safety!

Heres everything you need to know for a smooth and soulful ride:
- Authorised ID required.
- Heels Policy The MV Calmer has steep stairs, so tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are fine!
- Events operate under strict licensing and RSA regulations. Dont forget your ID.
- No mid-cruise drop-offs or pickups.
- Food and beverages are available for purchase from on board bar menu, but not included in the ticket price.
- Strictly NO BYO!
- Filming and professional photography may be captured for social media purposes.
- Dress Code: Smart casual & leave the heels at home for safety
- Limited seating - This is primarily a standing/ dance event. There is seating found throughout the vessel but is limited and cannot be reserved.
- No need to stress about the weather! Rain doesn't stop the boat from cruising, and there is plenty inside space on the main and mid decks for an epic time! so you don't have to worry about what the weather is doing.
- Do not leave bags unattended management accepts no liability for lost or stolen items.
