There will be a distinctly Bavarian flavour to the event, perfect for a kitchen led by a trio of Germans and a Head Brewer that discovered his passion for brewing at Oktoberfest.

It only gets more mouth-watering when you look at the feast the Germans in the kitchen have put together, hunks of meat and fat sausages, and then theres the food... four courses of classic German fare: chicken and pretzel skewers, pork schnitzel, seasonal veggies, cheese dip, and apple strudel with ice cream to finish.
