We are BACK with another incredible evening, this time collaborating with Seppeltsfield Winery to bring an extravagant 3 course dinner paired with 7 wines.
THE MENU:
Upon Arrival:
- Pulled lamb croquette, green pea, mint.
- Duck parfait tart, quince, herbs.
- Handmade sourdough focaccia, caramelised onion butter, vino salt.
- Paired with Seppeltsfield Vermentino & Grenache Rose.
ENTREE:
- Lamb backstrap, charred broccolini, parsnip, jus.
- Paired with Seppeltsfield Riesling & Nero DAvola.
MAIN:
- Beef short rib braised in Seppeltsfield Grenache, onion hearts, celeriac puree, gremolata, sugo.
- Paired with Seppeltsfield Grenache & Mataro.
DESSERT:
- Apple & rhubarb crumble, smoked vanilla bean anglaise, ice cream.
- Paired with Seppeltsfield 10yo Grand Tawny Para.
The evening will be guided throughout by an ambassador from Seppeltsfields winery to give details on the journey from the fields in the Barossa Valley, to bottle, to glass as well as tasting notes in each variant.
