Somersault Magazine Issue 01 Launch Party

Since launching online in April, Somersault Magazine (@somersaultmagazine / www.somersaultmagazine.com) has featured interviews with Rich Brian, Fontaines D.C., IDLES, Amyl and the Sniffers, Slowdive, DIIV and more, alongside rising Australian acts like Ninajirachi and Shady Nasty.

In September, Somersault co-presented GRAIN's BIGSOUND pre-party at Felons Barrel Hall, which featured Platonic Sex, Bridge Dog, dogworld and more. Following the success of our online publication, City Guides and events we're now set to release Issue 01 in November.

To celebrate the launch of our debut print issue, the Somersault team are throwing a party at The Junk Bar in New Farm, with a full venue takeover and live performances from singer/songwriter, visual artist, fashion designer Annie Hamilton, Sydney, Eora's most prolific collaborator, producer and sonic architect Jerome Blaze and our city's loudest and most exciting new band, Ivory.
