Melbourne Jazz Identiity, acclaimed pianist Steve Sedergreen has a commanding presence in Australian jazz:

a musician whose playing can ignite a room with hard-swinging energy, thenpivot without warning into something intimate, spacious and luminous.
With over four decades of contribution to Melbournes jazz culture, Sedergreen is known for performances that feel bothdeeply grounded in tradition and unmistakably alive in the moment.

Steve will be joined on stage by local musicians Brian Manning - trumpet (and may sing a tune or two), Matt Holt - tenor sax (and may also sing a tune or two!), Phil Waldron - upright bass & Greg Jansen  - drums.
