Tyalgum Diggers Acoustic Escape - August 2025

Escape to Tyalgum for a truly unique camping weekend. Pitch your tent (or park your van) at the very campground beneath the faded mural honouring Cedric Popkin, the Tyalgum Postmaster and WW1 Machine Gunner whose long-range Vickers is widely credited with bringing down the Red Baron.

Join us at the Tyalgum Showgrounds for the amazing Music Weekend put on by Coast Acoustics. We only run these twice per year, so don't delay - make your booking :)

What's included?

2 nights camping in the beautiful Tyalgum village.

Use of Camp Kitchen and Bathroom facilities.

Day passes are available for those who love the atmosphere, but who are not into camping (Accommodation is available at the Tyalgum Hotel and nearby AirBnBs)

Friday night: Tunes on the Verandah at the Tyalgum hotel (Starts at 6pm), about a 10 minute stroll from the campground. The hotel is offering reduced prices on meals and drinks. Flutterbies is offering 10% off food and merchandise.

Saturday Morning: Workshops plus the quaint Tyalgum Village Markets are on from 9-3pm

Saturday Afternoon: An Open Mic under the gazebo. A great chance to "strut your stuff" or just sit back in the relaxing atmosphere.

Saturday Evening: Jam until you drop. The club will provide firewood for the group jam. Please BYO for your own campsite.

Sunday: Packup and reluctantly bid farewell
