Clo, a small independent winery founded in 2013, built on the belief that great wine is grownnot made. Clos wines are crafted with care, minimal intervention, and a deep respect for place, season, and soil.
Inspired by time spent in France working with Jean Foillard (Beaujolais) and Francois Rousset-Martin (Jura), Clo focuses on purity, patience, and texture. The wines are made naturally: wild ferments, long elevage in old oak, and bottling unfined, unfiltered, and without sulfur.
The result is a limited annual productionjust 7,000 bottlesof wines that are alive, energetic, and full of personality.
