Their latest album The Borderline, Thereabouts showcased how their sound has developed over time while often still leaning towards a controlled chaos. The blueprint for them was solidified 10 years ago with the release of their first EP, 2015s How to Harken Back.
It has been 10 years since the release of YEEVS seminal EP and it showcased early on how three people jamming in a garage could craft songs that poured out a myriad of emotion with dynamic ebb and flow. Lead single Cycle As the Deal Goes Down still delivers a gut punch with its razor sharp chorus while Novocaine sways with a dynamic push and pull. YEEVS will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of How to Harken Back with a headline show at Botany View Hotel in November alongside dear friends Library Siesta, who will be celebrating the 10th Anniversary of their first album Future Haunts and Marcus Index.
